Happy Thursday, everyone. Coming at you live with a scoop from Echo Park today — we’ll be back to regularly scheduled programming (and table scraps) tomorrow.

⭐️ SCOOP: New Tilda Bar Bacetti is here.
Yesterday, the team behind Tilda announced the erstwhile wine bar will be reopening in June as Bar Bacetti.
Today, the Rag has the exclusive first look at the interior. The formerly yellow walls have been swapped for a blue-green wainscot, and though the general layout remains the same, the bar has been completely rebuilt (and clad in a three-dimensional decorative tile situation). The furniture echoes the decor of the adjacent Bacetti, there’s new lighting, and you can get a peek at the updated menus (in a very Tilda-esque color scheme) on the tabletops.
Most interesting to me, though, is the massive Victoria Arduino espresso machine on the counter.
This is a real deal espresso machine, retailing for $26,300 — yes, you read that right.
To me, the existence of the Arduino indicates Bar Bacetti will be offering daytime service in addition to its evening business. Let me know if you can confirm.
With only a few tables and a prime spot on Echo Park Avenue, this is about to be a hot ticket. Just remember — you saw it in the Rag first <3
That’s all for today, see you tomorrow for a rundown of the east side’s *hottest* accessory.
